• Ensure that the company’s loan application growth targets for the Partner Channel are met. • Drive strategic initiatives, projects, and processes in collaboration with the VP, Business Development. • Refine and own the business development pipeline and forecasting for new opportunities. • Develop relationships with new strategic partners and other growth opportunities. • Oversee and own all aspects of onboarding and training for new strategic partners. • Work closely with leaders from Partner Success, Sales, and Lending Operations to better enhance and grow the Partner Channel. • Own the continuity and quality of engagement between Strategic Partners and all SmartBiz Staff.
• Experience in business development or strategic partnerships. • Ability to drive growth through developing and managing partner relationships. • Strong analytical and forecasting skills. • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
