• Responsible for developing LACROIX’s smart grids & street lighting business in the Middle East • Building market presence, structuring partnerships, and driving long-term growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region • Screen and structure the regional market (end users, integrators, distributors, partners) • Develop strong relationships with customers, channel partners and system integrators • Identify and develop new partners; strengthen or replace existing ones when needed • Actively hunt for business opportunities and leads • Contribute to brand visibility and value perception in the region • Work closely with marketing and product teams to adapt offers to market expectations
• Proven business development experience in smart grids or public energy infrastructure • Strong hunter mindset and ability to open new markets • Solid regional business network in the Middle East • Fluent Arabic and English
• High autonomy and strong exposure to executive decision-making • Long-term career prospects, with potential to build and lead a local sales organization
