📋 Description

• Shape and execute cohesive internal and external communications strategy • Drive thought leadership, employee engagement, and consistent storytelling across the organization • Ensure communications support key business priorities and cultural objectives • Develop and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned to business goals • Partner with executive leadership to translate company priorities into clear, compelling messaging • Lead internal communications strategy to drive employee awareness, alignment, and engagement • Develop content for executive communications (town halls, leadership updates, organizational announcements)

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related field • Strong ability to translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling messaging • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats • Experience supporting executive communications and leadership visibility • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience in B2B, industrial, technical, or services environments (preferred)
