📋 Description

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions • Write User Stories with clear Given/When/Then Acceptance Criteria covering functional logic, edge cases, and UI/UX behaviour • Review and annotate Figma wireframes and user flows for requirement alignment • Facilitate 3 Amigos sessions before each sprint • Ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready before sprint planning • Hand off requirements to development and QA teams and provide sprint-long clarification support • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives • Maintain requirement traceability through acceptance testing • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal delivery team • Assess requests against MVP boundaries and manage scope changes and post-MVP backlog • Facilitate client walkthroughs, sprint demos, and UAT sessions • Produce status updates, decision logs, and scope change records • Review deliverables against acceptance criteria during QA and UAT; raise and track defects • Identify compliance implications involving CASS, AML, and data privacy • Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, templates, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on software delivery projects, ideally in a product or consultancy environment • Demonstrably strong User Story writing, including clear Acceptance Criteria in Given/When/Then format • Solid Agile delivery experience with Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Proven requirements elicitation skills, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, process analysis, and gap identification • Demonstrated ability to manage and defend scope, negotiate phased alternatives, and document decisions • Confident communication with non-technical clients and cross-functional technical teams • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma at review and annotation level minimum • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to produce client-facing documentation independently and present clearly under pressure • Based in Danang or Hanoi
