• Map processes; • Identify improvements in existing processes; • Analyze and implement enhancements in automation processes; • Be responsible for team/area documentation; • Identify risks and improvement opportunities to guide the action plan; • Create/Monitor process management indicators; • Provide support to the projects area; • Be responsible for fostering a process-oriented culture within Smarthis.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; • Advanced or fluent English (may be required in day-to-day activities); • Advanced Excel skills; • Experience with KPIs; • Experience with Agile methodology; • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
