📋 Description

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and other channels • Own SEO for websites and content, including keyword research, on-page optimization, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, and ranking monitoring • Write and edit marketing copy for emails, ads, landing pages, social captions, and blog posts • Manage and grow social media presence with a strategic content calendar tied to business goals • Track campaign and SEO performance, including rankings, organic traffic, open rates, engagement, click-throughs, and conversions • Report on campaign and SEO performance and identify what is working • Build email sequences, segment lists, and monitor deliverability and performance • Research competitors, industry trends, and audience insights, including competitor SEO and keyword gaps • Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and other team members on marketing assets • Maintain brand consistency across companies and channels • Assist with website and landing page updates focused on SEO best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines • 3+ years of marketing experience preferred, ideally with real accountability for strategy, SEO, or campaign results, not just content posting • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: funnels, audience targeting, messaging, analytics • Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, or similar • Experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar • Comfortable with analytics and reporting, including Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite • Excellent written English • Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously • Clear and reliable communication, especially across time zones • Proactive ownership and ability to suggest improved approaches • Bonus: experience marketing for real estate, property management, home services, or local service businesses
