📋 Description

• Build and automate reports and dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools) to support ongoing monitoring and stakeholder access to insights • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences • Support and participate in regular client check-ins, strategic reviews, and presentations • Collaborate with internal teams (data science, clinical operations, investigative, executive leadership) to ensure seamless service delivery • Maintain strong executive level relationships and contribute to account growth opportunities • Review client performance metrics and feedback to ensure analytic solutions meet or exceed expectations • Prepare ad hoc analyses to support client inquiries and strategic initiatives • Develop and deliver client facing reports, presentations, and written communications that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities • Prioritize competing requests across teams, especially when high priority or time sensitive. • Providing support to Account Managers as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred • 2-3 years of analytical work experience with healthcare claims data • 2 + years of experience with data visualization tools • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or similar client facing roles • Proven experience applying data analytics in a business performance environment • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and database management • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) • Familiarity with statistical software or programming languages (R, Python, SAS, SPSS) • Working knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
