📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day relationships with new and existing game providers • Negotiate and renegotiate rates, fees and commercial terms • Identify and approach new providers aligned with QTech’s Asia strategy • Monitor industry trends, new games and competitor portfolios • Coordinate contracts, amendments, due diligence and internal approvals • Manage provider onboarding from negotiation through integration and launch • Maintain accurate provider, contract and commercial information • Identify opportunities to improve provider performance and commercial conditions • Resolve partnership issues and escalate risks when necessary • Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver them without continuous supervision • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Legal, Technical and Finance teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management or business development • Professional Mandarin • Strong written and spoken English • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently • Preferred: experience in iGaming, online casino or gaming aggregation • Preferred: existing relationships with Asian game providers • Preferred: experience negotiating revenue-share agreements • Preferred: understanding of provider integrations and product launches • Preferred: knowledge of Asian gaming markets and player preferences • Preferred: additional Asian language skills
