📋 Description

• Manage governance and quality of data in Smartsheet's source CRM system supporting Sales operations • Maintain data assets and establish processes that help Sales representatives find and understand needed data • Support Sales analysts with data scrubbing and research into reporting inconsistencies • Lead changes and revisions to master data, metadata, data hierarchies, and affiliations within guidelines • Ensure Sales operates from a reliable, accessible single source of truth • Perform initial data quality checks on extracted data • Recommend updates to leadership for data governance policies, practices, and guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related preferred • 2+ years of experience in metadata management beneficial • Experience in Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM) • Knowledge of data governance challenges and best practices for data quality and data stewardship • High proficiency in Excel, including complex functions • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tool • Ability to connect Sales partners with the information they need to support managed accounts • Must reside in Costa Rica
