📋 Description

• Facilitate technical scoping and delivery on some of Smartsheet’s most strategic customers to achieve their desired business outcomes • Influence the evolution of Solution and product offerings within the Professional Services Engineering team through your knowledge of market trend analysis, customer feedback, and the current & future product roadmap. • Collaborate closely with the Product & Engineering organizations to propel the evolution of products, grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs, feedback, and documented Top Enterprise Issues. • Conduct technical solution feasibility reviews to support our senior delivery teams uphold quality standards and ensure adherence to design and build best practices within the Professional Services team. • Provide critical support to the Professional Services Sales team in providing technical expertise on complex opportunities, ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions. • Serve as the authoritative Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME), encompassing comprehensive knowledge of solutions inclusive of all product capabilities. • Play a pivotal role in supporting Programs dedicated to enhancing technical Smartsheet knowledge across the Customer Excellence organization, fostering continuous growth. • Uphold and leverage product expertise to drive business development activities, ensuring a strategic alignment with the ever-evolving Smartsheet landscape. • Other responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 7-8 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education • Minimum of 2 years project management experience • 2+ years experience working with the Smartsheet platform. • Demonstrated success in designing, building, and implementing advanced / cutting-edge Smartsheet solutions that scale (inclusive of Advance applications, Connectors, Multi-Tier functionality, cross-functional usage, and non-standard use cases). • Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers in both pre-sales and post-sales environments. • Excellent solution visioning and problem solving skills. • Proven success partnering across departments. • Proven success mentoring and developing complex concepts with peers.
