📋 Description

• Work on back-end, front-end, cloud infrastructure, and test automation • Drive high standards for internal services and open-source tools, ensuring reliability and scalability • Deploy services and infrastructure changes frequently in an agile environment using full CI/CD pipelines • Contribute across ideation, customer engagement, planning, design, execution, and operational excellence • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and UX researchers • Mentor junior engineers while balancing customer delivery with coding and infrastructure standards • Apply innovative problem-solving approaches and validate ideas • Define success for the team and features built and shipped • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to an engineering leader

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Java or Golang • Experience designing, building and operating highly available, fault-tolerant, low-latency distributed systems serving millions of users • Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices • Curiosity and ability to get to the root of complex problems • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Supportive mindset and willingness to mentor colleagues • Passion for quality and reliable, high-performance software • Empathy for users and ability to translate customer feedback into effective solutions • Growth mindset toward bugs, mistakes, and challenges • Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis • Fluency in English is required
