📋 Description

• Work independently with stakeholders to define business problems and opportunities, ensuring objectives and perspectives are clearly understood • Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements using interviews, workshops, and process analysis • Translate business needs into clear, structured Salesforce requirements and solution designs • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams throughout the full software development lifecycle • Produce and maintain high-quality business analysis artefacts, including: Requirements specifications, Process flows, System and functional documentation • Prepare test data and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, reviewing test cases, and assisting with defect triage • Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations, quality standards, and acceptance criteria

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a systems or software development environment • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning experience, Custom Salesforce functionality • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, particularly: Requirements definition, Validation, Acceptance testing • Experience working within Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks • Practical experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, practical solutions • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
