📋 Description

• Take game concepts or design specifications and build fully working games on the Java code base, owning server-side game logic from first commit through release • Implement core game mechanics, reel logic, feature triggers, and bonus flows • Structure game mechanics cleanly and prepare games for balancing with Game Mathematicians • Coordinate work required to deliver released, client-ready titles • Handle configuration, metadata, and client integration interfaces • Collaborate with Game Mathematicians, Client Developers, Designers, QA Engineers, and Producers • Integrate with the backend platform, manage game state, and securely handle game rounds and transactions • Diagnose and resolve logic, behavioral, integration, QA, and production issues • Write clean, maintainable code and improve the code base through refactoring, technical-debt reduction, tooling, and development practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong grounding in software development and back-end engineering • Strong Java skills and understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture • Ability to design clean, maintainable, configurable game logic • Commitment to code quality, maintainability, refactoring, and code-base improvement • Good mathematical and logical reasoning • Proficiency with software design patterns • Strong attention to detail and ability to own projects end-to-end • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues • Proficiency with Git, distributed version control, and branching strategies • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment • Familiarity with Jira or ClickUp • Understanding of slot mechanics and iGaming regulatory considerations is nice to have
