• Own and contribute to the development, configuration, and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that support ITSM and wider enterprise workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow configurations • Configure workflows, business rules, forms, UI policies, and integrations within ServiceNow • Support platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and maintainability • Assist with upgrades, releases, and change management related to the ServiceNow platform • Provide technical guidance and support to users and teams interacting with ServiceNow • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing around platform usage and standards
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in a production environment • Proven experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM or related areas) • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and configuration best practices • Experience translating business and operational requirements into ServiceNow solutions • Comfortable working in a large, structured organisation with multiple stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Clear communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
