• Ensure service activities and the service environment meet group HSE and quality standards • Plan, execute, and monitor workshop activities and service orders • Balance workshop loading and monitor costs, KPIs, and objectives using business system tools • Drive John Crane Tier Review participation and operational planning and improvement processes • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Operations to eliminate bottlenecks and improve the value stream • Manage inventory initiatives across the assigned region • Conduct customer site visits to install and troubleshoot mechanical seals and associated equipment • Support Global Service contract execution and monitor delivery performance and contractual KPIs • Produce seal observation reports with detailed analysis and recommendations • Perform on-site and in-workshop repairs • Assist end users during shutdowns and project commissioning • Support and maintain refurbishment contracts • Conduct measurements and site surveys while coordinating installations • Collaborate with stakeholders, local teams, and agents • Participate in technical reviews of products and services • Maintain and increase market presence with key end users and identify new opportunities • Establish and nurture relationships with end users • Discuss and solve complex equipment issues and support customer project requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering and field service • Experience focused on mechanical seals and refinery rotating equipment • Ability to perform effectively in proactive, multinational, and multicultural environments • Strong technical knowledge of John Crane’s product portfolio, or ability to rapidly acquire deep product understanding • Ability to manage competing and dynamic priorities • Hands-on problem-solving ability • Commitment to HSE and quality standards
