📋 Description

• Own the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for the Rent-to-Own platform. • Develop products that support customer acquisition, application processing, servicing, payments, collections, and ownership conversion. • Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities across dealer channels and customer segments. • Balance customer needs, dealer experience, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance when prioritizing initiatives. • Build business cases and product strategies that support long-term revenue and portfolio growth. • Improve dealer onboarding, activation, and engagement experiences. • Develop tools that help dealer partners increase conversion rates and close more sales. • Partner with Sales teams to understand dealer pain points and identify opportunities for product innovation. • Optimize dealer portals, reporting, training resources, and self-service capabilities. • Enhance customer application, approval, and onboarding experiences. • Identify opportunities to reduce friction throughout the customer ownership journey. • Improve payment experiences, account management tools, and customer self-service capabilities. • Define and manage product KPIs across acquisition, approval rates, conversion, activation, servicing, delinquency, retention, and portfolio performance. • Analyze customer and dealer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization. • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into product health and business outcomes. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams. • Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development priorities. • Drive alignment across teams while balancing competing priorities and business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. • 3+ years of Product Management experience. • Experience supporting fintech, consumer lending, lease-to-own, embedded finance, marketplace, payments, or point-of-sale financing products. • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, digital applications, servicing, and payment ecosystems. • Experience working with merchants, dealer networks, or partner-based distribution models. • Demonstrated ability to build product roadmaps and execute against strategic objectives. • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive product decisions. • Experience working in Agile product development environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to influence across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
