📋 Description

• You will manage our community every day: welcoming members, moderating discussions, responding to posts, and answering questions • You will plan community content: prompts and discussion starters, Prompt of the Week, formats such as “What worked for you with AI this week?”, and current AI news for discussion • You will create engagement formats, including challenges, Q&A sessions, and community sessions • You will onboard new members and connect the community with our newsletter, Snips, and AI Driving Licence cohorts • You will help plan and support local community events to help the snipKI community grow offline as well

🎯 Requirements

• You work with AI every day—not as a novelty, but as a genuine productivity tool—with your own setup, saved context, and a clear workflow. • You do not use AI as just another tool; AI is your operating system. • You understand terms such as Context Engineering, Second Brain, MCPs, Skills, Plugins, Scheduled Tasks, automations, and Vibe Coding—and use most of them yourself. • Experience in, or a strong enthusiasm for, community and social media work • Self-directed, communicative, and highly proficient in written German • Hands-on mindset, directness, and openness • Please send us a short video (maximum 3 minutes) explaining why you are the right person for this position, what professional and personal background you bring, particularly regarding community management and your experience with AI tools.
