📋 Description

• Coach, mentor, and manage a world-class team of Partner Development Managers • Own and execute a forward-thinking partner strategy focused on innovative ISVs and Data Providers • Build deep relationships with Snowflake’s sales teams and drive joint sales initiatives • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams • Track team performance, partner success metrics, and customer impact

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing partner or sales teams • Deep knowledge of industry domains like retail, CPG, and manufacturing • Proven success building partner ecosystems and executing field sales co-sell programs • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite leadership
