📋 Description
• Engage with several Snowflake customers • Lead technical streams of client data platform implementations and on-boarding efforts • Collaborate with other resources to ensure proper technical guidance and functional support • Help clients troubleshoot their implementations • Identify and document issues to ensure resolution • Contribute to the growth and scalability of training and education teams • Apply industry and technology expertise to client implementations • Gather product feedback and recommendations from customers
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role • Strong consulting skills • Experience with distributed systems and massively parallel processing technologies (e.g. Snowflake, Teradata, Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Oracle, SQL Server) • Knowledge of data strategies and methodologies (e.g. Data Mesh, Data Vault, Data Fabric, Data Governance, Data Management, Enterprise Architecture) • Understanding of data organization and modeling concepts (e.g. Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Medallion architecture, Kimball dimensional modeling, 3NF database normalization) • Experience with infrastructure concepts (e.g. Cloud Hyperscalers like AWS and Azure) • Familiarity with data engineering concepts and frameworks (e.g. batch processing, stream processing, SQL, DBT, Talend, Python) • Understanding of Business Intelligence solutions (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy) • Familiarity with AI/ML fundamental concepts (e.g. classification, regression, NLP)
