âą Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients âą Ensure client applications scale to meet business needs âą Provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle âą Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia âą Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks âą Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up âą Navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track âą Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target âą Achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0
đŻ Requirements
âą Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role âą Bachelorâs degree required âą Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture âą SnowPro Core required within 60 days of hire âą Fluent in French (regional requirements)
