• Expand recruiting partnerships for TS/SCI Full Scope talent • Leverage network for high-level cleared technical roles • Drive placements independently based on urgency driven model
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience placing TS/SCI candidates • Strong familiarity with Full Scope Poly requirements • Established, active network within the cleared community • Ability to generate qualified introductions within 14 days • Comfortable operating independently • Urgency-driven and highly responsive
🏖️ Benefits
• 1099 Independent Contractor • Flat rate tiers based on urgency • Full Commission paid at 45 days, post successful hire.
