📋 Description

• Own AI-powered video production for D2C performance ads. • Translate creative briefs, concepts, scripts, angles, shot lists and visual intent into precise visual prompts. • Generate AI footage assets aligned with creative briefs. • Collaborate with internal teams and navigate creative feedback. • Refine prompt systems, templates and workflows. • Work with the senior editing team to define and advance SOPs and workflows. • Support the operations team in developing AI production agents. • Produce high-quality, performance-driven AI video outputs ready for editing and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• An obsession with AI-generated video and visual creation. • Deep curiosity about AI and how creative converts in paid social. • Comfort working at speed in a performance environment. • Excitement about building systems, not just one-off outputs. • A strong visual eye and understanding of pacing, framing and storytelling. • The ability to interpret creative briefs and translate intent into visuals. • Comfort iterating rapidly and responding to feedback. • Strong attention to detail and output quality. • Formal experience matters less here than proof of craft and curiosity — show us, don't just tell us. • Experience with AI video generation tools such as VO3, SORA 2, Arc Ads 2.0 and emerging platforms.
