📋 Description
• Execution of paid search campaigns across a diverse portfolio of D2C brands. • Develop, manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen. • Work closely with Growth Strategists, Creative Strategists and founders. • Drive profitable customer acquisition and unlock new growth opportunities through search intent and demand capture. • Conduct regular account audits and strategic reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands. • Proven track record managing six and seven-figure annual advertising budgets. • Strong expertise across Search, Shopping and Performance Max. • Experience working within a performance marketing agency or high-growth DTC brand. • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics including CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, LTV and AOV. • Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam and GA4. • Experience using AI tools to enhance campaign management and operational efficiency. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
