• Support local brand teams with business support and administrative activities • Organize local affiliate team meetings, including meeting rooms and meals • Archive marketing materials for legal purposes • Monitor the mailbox and general office phone number, including forwarding and archiving product information updates in line with SOP VV-QUAL-SOP-01927 • Maintain up-to-date HCC and third-party contract templates • Review and validate contracts and statements of work before signature • Draft and coordinate advisory board contracts with the compliance manager • Prepare and send delegate invitation letters for healthcare professionals attending congresses • Liaise with legal headquarters when necessary • Upload, follow up, and archive contracts in the contract management system • Support affiliates and headquarters when engaging with Dutch healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations • Act as Data Entry Person for disclosure and reporting of Transfers of Value • Validate Transfers of Value and follow up on declarations from other affiliates • Apply EFPIA and VIG guidelines and legislation • Enter data annually into the official Dutch system and follow up on questions or comments • Monitor the transparency mailbox • Coordinate Anti-Bribery and Due Diligence assessments for new and existing vendors • Ensure correct documentation for Anti-Bribery and Due Diligence assessments is available and archived • Maintain supplier lists on Teams and the Third Party Due Diligence Europe & International ABAC channel • Provide backup for the Benelux QA Manager • Ensure timely complaint entry in Veeva Quality during the QA Manager’s absence
• Required: MBO-4 education • Required: 3 years of work experience • Desired: HBO education • Desired: 3 years of experience in a similar position; pharmaceutical experience is an advantage • Attention to detail and precise working style • Good organizational skills • Effective communication and team-working ability • Dutch and English languages • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its rules and regulations, including CGR in the Netherlands, is an advantage • High drive and accountability • Proactive, result-driven “doer” with a delivery mindset • Flexibility and initiative • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-moving environment under pressure • Ability to manage tasks independently and work well as part of a team • Ability to meet short deadlines and shift priorities seamlessly • Ability to demonstrate behaviors aligned with Sobi’s core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership, and Partnership
