⢠Maximize revenue of our brands within the assigned territory ⢠Key account management and development, implementation and adaptation of required account plans ⢠Develop and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders ⢠Support specialists in hospitals and outpatient settings to strengthen our business relationships ⢠Present Sobi haemophilia products in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements ⢠Gather relevant market insights within the assigned territory ⢠Collect and interpret data through customer interactions ⢠Create and monitor account plans for haemophilia stakeholders ⢠Identify market opportunities and collaborate on strategic initiatives ⢠Analyze and support sales activities to achieve targets ⢠Monitor the market and conduct potential analyses ⢠Develop innovative sales approaches and customer-focused communications ⢠Organize training events and customer-related projects ⢠Participate in regional and national events and internal meetings ⢠Conduct customer-level revenue and budget planning and reporting
⢠Qualification as a Pharmareferent (pharmaceutical sales representative) or equivalent qualification in accordance with the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz) ⢠Sales experience and knowledge of the healthcare market ⢠Team spirit, customer orientation, service mindset and flexibility ⢠IT skills (especially MS Office and CRM systems) and experience with alternative communication channels (omni-channel capabilities) ⢠Self-motivation, innovative ideas and analytical/strategic account management skills ⢠Cooperative, team-oriented and confident appearance ⢠High willingness to travel, driving license class B and residence within the travel area: Berlin, Potsdam, Magdeburg, Hannover, Hamburg, Kiel, Rostock
