📋 Description

• Drive implementation of country medical affairs plans, primarily through KOL engagement, scientific data generation support, and data dissemination • Build and maintain compliant scientific relationships with KOLs and stakeholders in healthcare, academia, payer, and government organizations • Manage strategic scientific partnerships and scientific exchange • Provide scientific liaison support to investigators involved in Sobi-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies • Participate in KOL engagement planning and maintain accurate, compliant KOL plans and CRM records • Serve as liaison between healthcare practitioners and Sobi Medical Affairs • Disseminate medical and scientific data through balanced communications • Present clinical and disease-related information to KOLs, HCPs, hospital teams, and decision-making teams • Support data dissemination at congresses, seminars, and workshops • Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries within defined timelines and quality standards • Conduct therapeutic training for Sales and Medical colleagues • Communicate medical insights to inform medical strategies and tactics • Provide scientific input to local medical and cross-functional initiatives • Support clinical research programs, registries, and investigator-initiated research • Participate in or lead internal project teams • Maintain scientific expertise in assigned disease areas and products • Develop and update knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines, regulations, ethical practices, and company policies • Gather and share customer insights, opinions, and feedback internally

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant university degree • Experience in medical communication • Experience with KOL engagement • Experience with pre-launch and launch activities • Experience in cross-functional project leadership • Therapeutic-area expertise • Understanding of healthcare systems, patient access, and regulatory and compliance environments • Strong scientific presentation skills • Strong stakeholder-management skills • Strategic-thinking and prioritisation skills • Fluency in English • High personal integrity and commitment to Sobi values • Flexibility and ability to work independently • Ability to undertake frequent domestic travel, approximately 40%, including occasional meetings outside standard working hours • Knowledge of applicable pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations, Code of Ethical Practices, and company policies
