• Provide day-to-day management of an account • Inspire and lead client portfolio to create best-in-class work • Understand clients’ business strategy and objectives • Guide clients and agency team in social-first work • Confidently lead meetings with senior stakeholders • Manage large scopes maintaining updated forecasts • Work with Project Managers and Account Managers to deliver large projects • Review and provide feedback on work • Advocate for the client internally and keep agency team informed
• Outstanding client relationship skills • A can do approach, with the ability to work closely with junior members of the team to create top quality work • Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to juggle several tasks at once • Excellent communication skills - confident communicating with stakeholders at different seniority levels • Can demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams • Competent in using PowerPoint and full Google Suite of Apps • A confident and driven individual • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate information in written and verbal format • Proven & extensive experience in client services as an Account Director • Experience working for multi-market clients preferred, but not required • Up-to-date and current knowledge of social platforms and social media trends • Solid experience with forecasting and client planning • Sound business and financial acumen • Ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders, across multiple markets • Fantastic attention to detail
