📋 Description

• Transform complex internal operations into seamless, high-performance digital workflows. • Own the end-to-end design of the tools that power our teams every day. • Identify and audit pain points for internal users, turning frustration into empowering workflows. • Validate design hypotheses through prototypes and direct feedback loops with internal stakeholders. • Simplify complex business requirements into intuitive user flows without losing functional depth. • Ship elegant, scalable UI/UX solutions using Figma and established admin design patterns. • Design detailed specifications, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for engineering handoff. • Refine data visualization components to make massive datasets readable and actionable. • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to align on technical feasibility and deadlines. • Communicate the 'why' behind your design choices, participating in active design critiques. • Unblock development by providing clear edge-case documentation (empty states, errors, permissions).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience specifically in Back-office, Admin panels, or Enterprise SaaS. • Portfolio showing end-to-end flows for complex, data-heavy products (not just landing pages). • Advanced Figma skills and a deep understanding of admin panel design patterns. • Proven ability to ship products within technical constraints and iterate based on feedback. • Intermediate+ English level and fluency in Ukrainian. • Proactive ownership: You don't wait for a task; you find the friction and propose a fix. • Experience with Design Systems for internal tools. • Basic understanding of front-end constraints (how tables and forms are built). • Experience in High-load systems.
