📋 Description

• Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control • Analyse statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimisation opportunities and areas for improvement • Develop and implement cost optimisation strategies with the team and cross-functional stakeholders • Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, including complex and non-standard requests • Improve partner-related processes and tools, including CRM, reporting, files, and internal guidelines • Collaborate with internal teams on efficiency and cost optimisation goals

🎯 Requirements

• English B2+ • Russian C1+ • Chinese B2+ • Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management skills • Ability to find professional solutions across a range of situations
