📋 Description

• Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control • Analyze statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities • Develop and implement content sufficiency and quality strategies with the team and cross-functional stakeholders • Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, including complex and non-standard requests • Improve partner-related processes and tools, including CRM, reporting, files, and internal guidelines • Collaborate with internal teams on efficiency and cost optimization goals

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+ • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+ • Excellent communication skills • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, and claims • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel) • Advanced user of Google Workspace
