📋 Description

• Launch and optimize Meta Ads and Tik Tok campaigns • Report on and analyze advertising campaigns • Conduct project and audience analytics using AppsFlyer, internal BI, and other tools • Scale channels without CPA growth and improve ROI, expected income, and other key metrics • Test new targeting and ad types, including web2app • Test creatives, cooperate with the Creative Team, and find scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Meta and Tik Tok expert • At least 3 years of experience • Experience with campaign automation using API, autorules, and Claude • Meta Blueprint certificate is an additional advantage • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets • Experienced AppsFlyer user • Understanding of scaling and creative testing • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data • English at B2 level or higher • Originally Russian-speaking
