📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend services for payment processing and the back office, including reconciliation, payouts, fee calculation, settlements and the B2B client dashboard • Build resilient integrations and asynchronous workflows using idempotency, outbox/inbox, sagas, retries and deduplication • Meet performance and reliability targets, including p95/p99 latency and SLA/SLO • Set up monitoring and alerting • Deliver tasks with AI agents, validate generated code, add tests and fix defects • Review code • Keep specifications up to date • Share knowledge with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core • Experience designing microservices • Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, AKS, MS SQL Server, MongoDB and Cosmos DB • Real experience delivering tasks with AI tools or agents from task definition to a working result • Understand every line of code shipped and be able to explain it • Clean, maintainable code with tests • Ownership of results and open communication when something goes wrong • Nice to have: payments or banking background • Nice to have: spec-driven development • Nice to have: product or startup experience • Nice to have: mentoring or technical leadership
