âą 5+ years in pre-sales technical roles (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, TAM) with enterprise customers âą 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or post-sale technical roles âą Prior experience in security, developer tools, or SaaS environments âą Hands-on technical background: prior software engineering, data science, or equivalent role âą Deep familiarity with package managers (at least one of npm or PyPI) and programming ecosystems (at least one of JavaScript or Python) âą Understanding of software supply chain security and vulnerability management concepts âą Ability to read/write basic scripts in Python, JS, or Go âą Knowledge of source control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) âą RESTful API and integration experience âą Must be located in Asia Pacific
