• Coordinate technicians on major projects • Ensure commissioning in line with installation procedures • Manage customer communication throughout commissioning • Plan preventive maintenance activities • Ensure parts replacement • Review and validate mission/intervention reports • Diagnose and troubleshoot installed products • Perform product repairs • Deliver complete technical diagnoses of installations • Coordinate the team based on the national after-sales action plan • Run a monthly meeting to ensure workload sharing and alignment • Produce customer reports for all interventions (per company standards) • Share recommendations and provide basic guidance on product use • Maintain strong client relationships; escalate conflicts when needed • Capture customer needs and share them with internal teams • Comply with and enforce internal regulations/procedures • Check the condition of equipment used • Apply and enforce site safety policies with a “zero incident” mindset
