⢠Inspect construction sites at various stages ⢠Advise on regulatory requirements ⢠Conduct comprehensive site inspections and regulatory assessments ⢠Perform building inspections at various construction stages to ensure compliance with Building Regulations ⢠Supervise inspection activities and enforce regulatory compliance ⢠Prepare detailed compliance documentation and provide consultancy services
đŻ Requirements
⢠Hold membership of RICS, CABE or equivalent (or be qualified by suitable experience) ⢠Ensure CPD requirements are met to broaden and develop skills ⢠Demonstrate compliance through registration as an RBI at an appropriate level (3G/3H) ⢠Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities ⢠Show ability to work independently as well as part of large project teams ⢠Analyse complex issues and develop suitable solutions
