📋 Description

• Maintain clients’ residential properties and village infrastructure • Supervise qualified tradesmen and subcontractors on a 2:1 roster • Lead and support qualified tradespeople, subcontractors, and the scheduler • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety requirements • Issue safety permits and complete safety KPIs • Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities to meet KPIs • Support task entry and scheduling processes • Prepare reports for clients and stakeholders • Participate in internal and regulatory audits • Act as an escalation point for issues or complaints • Manage the cost centre P&L • Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up to date • Ensure proper care of tools and equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in facility maintenance across domestic and commercial sectors • Trade qualifications and certificates in Electrical work • QBCC accreditation essential, or ability to obtain • Ability to travel safely to and from work • Physically fit and able to work long shifts of up to 11 hours • Ability to work a 14 days on, 7 days off roster • National Police Check required if not dated within the last 6 months • Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions • Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening • Sound understanding of statutory acts, regulations and codes • Ability to follow safety procedures, permits and JSEA’s
