📋 Description

• Maintain gardens, lawns, pathways, car parks, and landscaped areas • Operate ride-on mowers, tractors, and a variety of power and hand tools • Perform mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming, and weed control • Remove litter, debris, leaves, grass clippings, and graffiti • Inspect and maintain grounds equipment and vehicles • Order and maintain grounds supplies and equipment • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards • Conduct routine inspections of fences, access roads, and outdoor assets • Work safely while following health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures

🎯 Requirements

• White Card • Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture • Experience operating ride-on mowers and landscaping equipment • Strong understanding of safe work practices and hazard awareness • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and customer service skills • Current driver's licence (preferred) • Ability to obtain any required site clearances or licences
