📋 Description

• Form hypotheses and design experiments – from observing data to testing hypotheses and launching experiments. • Create sketches and rapid prototypes to visualize test concepts before handing off to engineering. • Develop the data→hypothesis→test workflow – build the skill of identifying signals in data and turning them into testing opportunities. • Collaborate with design, engineering, and analysts to translate testing concepts into implementation. • Document and present experiment results with team support, improving your ability to communicate findings clearly. • Maintain a clear pipeline of experiments prioritized by impact, effort, and learning value.

🎯 Requirements

• Exposure to A/B testing, user research, or analytics in any capacity. • 1–2 years of experience in growth, product, UX, or data-adjacent roles. • Ability to think in hypotheses – not just “what if” but “why would this work?”. • Strong curiosity about user behavior and a desire to learn conversion optimization. • Comfortable with data and able to interpret it; familiarity with GA4 or Amplitude (or willingness to learn quickly). • Ability to produce sketches or simple wireframes (Figma, pencil & paper, basic Figma skills – no advanced design required). • Fluent in English.
