📋 Description

• Design the end-to-end quality strategy and define long-term technical guidelines for projects; • Architect, validate and evolve complex automation frameworks and accelerators from scratch; • Lead research, adoption and governance of new technologies, including the use of Artificial Intelligence; • Actively manage, build and evolve Quality Gates, test observability and automated pipelines; • Influence system architecture to ensure systems are testable, resilient, and built for high reliability; • Mentor, enable, and guide the technical development of other quality engineers on the team; • Work directly with strategic clients, translating complex quality engineering metrics into business value.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in quality processes and ensuring the reliability of high-complexity systems; • Strong experience building and customizing mobile test automation frameworks; • Experience with Appium for front-end testing and knowledge of Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS); • Strong knowledge of coding best practices; • Hands-on experience integrating quality routines into CI/CD pipelines; • Experience performing direct validations on microservices APIs; • Practical experience applying AI tools to testing engineering; • Proficiency in defining, tracking, and evolving quality metrics; • Experience mentoring teams and supporting the technical development of team members; • Experience working directly with corporate clients and technical leadership.
