📋 Description

• Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Elicit requirements, translate them and relay them to N3 (Development) teams. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications. • Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing corrective actions when necessary. • Handle employee support requests, acting as the technical point of contact who resolves functionality issues without overloading the engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. • Participation in technology groups or involvement with tech/developer communities. • Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, with a sense of accountability; strategic thinking focused on results; flexibility and professional maturity. • Previous experience as a Product Manager, Tech PM, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst working with technology products. • Experience managing APIs, developer-facing products, or technology platforms. • Strong knowledge of REST protocols, authentication standards (OAuth2, JWT), and documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger). • Experience with Developer Portals and Developer Experience best practices. • Ability to read and write technical documentation. • Experience with Agile methodologies and roadmap management. • Desirable: • Understanding of Embedded Finance / BaaS models, financial integrations, and transactional flows. • Background in engineering, computer science, or related fields. • Experience at financial institutions, fintechs, or digital banks. • Understanding of microservices architecture, messaging, and event-driven patterns. • Familiarity with LGPD and regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector. • Knowledge of API monetization and partnership models.
