📋 Description

• Clarify questions regarding the functionality and features of SoftExpert applications; • Reproduce or simulate situations reported by customers to identify the root cause of incidents; • Interact with Development and Technology teams to resolve incidents; • Log all incidents reported by customers; • Provide Development and Technology teams with information aimed at the continuous improvement of SoftExpert applications; • Prepare follow-up reports for support tickets; • Seek support and involve other SoftExpert areas (Development, Technology) to resolve incidents when necessary; • Apply correction/patch packages in the customer environment, depending on the support contract type and the complexity involved; • Meet response times and other clauses contained in support contracts; • Assist the support team with technical questions related to computing environments; • Assist in mapping and validating preventive and corrective procedures in computing environments; • Apply investigative and problem-solving techniques; • Interact with the client’s IT team or their designated representative; • Identify and leverage opportunities to sell services not covered by the support contract.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or related fields; • Experience providing software support; • Problem-solving skills; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Intermediate to advanced English; • Experience with enterprise management software / ERP systems.
