• Execute software tests to identify defects, document them, and track their resolution with the development team; • Develop and execute test scenarios with a focus on quality and security, ensuring products meet functional and performance requirements; • Be responsible for triage and root cause analysis of tickets opened for the team; • Collaborate with other teams, such as development, product, and operations, to define quality standards and best practices; • Analyze and understand common software issues, seeking ways to prevent them and improve QA processes; • Create quality metrics to provide analytical insight into relevant scenarios; • Participate in planning and executing automated tests, always aiming for quality and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance and software testing; • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently; • Attention to detail, with a tenacious approach to ensuring quality at all levels; • Knowledge of common software defects and approaches to address them; • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other teams; • Experience with test automation tools.
