📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor portfolio performance, loan servicing, and collections. • Analyze consumer lending portfolios, including client-level credit performance, delinquencies, repayment trends, and yield optimization. • Deliver actionable insights to leadership on risk, profitability, and growth opportunities. • Partner with operations, finance, and strategy teams to design KPIs and performance metrics for business units. • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making, deal evaluations, and new product launches. • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting systems. • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in BI, analytics, and data storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 2+ years in consumer finance, lending, or financial services. • Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices). • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases; experience with Python, R, or Rust is a plus. • Interest in applying emerging AI tools for data analysis. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
