📋 Description

• Provide assistance to the IT support/sustainment team; • Provide customer support; • Provide users with guidance to resolve low-complexity questions and/or issues; • Escalate user questions regarding system usage when a ticket requires further evaluation from the perspective of business rules, configurations, or application behavior; • Ensure detailed recording of tickets, including an accurate description of the request, classification of criticality level, systems involved, and type of service; • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent fields; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to create reports and presentations; • Experience in customer service; • Ease interacting with teams both in person and remotely; • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
