📋 Description

• Own the full pipeline function — strategy, execution, and the team behind it. • Manage two existing team members. • Set pipeline and MQL targets. • Develop full-funnel strategy across paid, email, lifecycle, and campaigns. • Budget allocation and performance reporting. • Manage and develop a two-person demand gen team. • Ensure alignment with sales on lead quality, handoffs, and follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen • At least 2 years managing a team • Comfortable owning paid performance and systems • Strong with data • Experience with PLG or product-led + sales hybrid is a strong plus • Hands-on with HubSpot or equivalent • High ownership and grit • Sharp written communication
