📋 Description

• Receive and transfer corporate equipment and peripherals for repair according to procurement procedures • Maintain and update the corporate equipment fleet, including assisting with procurement • Install and initially configure Windows and macOS equipment for new employees • Keep accurate records of issued equipment in 1C • Prepare and configure equipment for corporate use • Create user accounts in AD, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack using automated tools/templates • Manage and support office access control systems, including issuing, replacing, updating, and deactivating cards • Troubleshoot application and system software issues on user devices • Perform primary diagnostics of hardware and software problems • Install licensed and free software on corporate equipment • Support printers and printing services • Maintain current technical documentation aligned with IT processes and services • Escalate hardware/software issues to service providers when required • Coordinate with contractors such as service centers and cartridge refilling services • Source equipment meeting corporate standards in local and global markets • Participate in testing new IT services, including functional validation and data input • Restore operating systems on employee devices after crashes or failures • Configure access to banks, electronic document-signing systems, and state or specialized portals • Advise on selecting and assembling custom PC configurations based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MS Windows operating systems • Understanding of the basic principles of antivirus protection • Understanding of the fundamental security concepts of MS Windows operating systems • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Windows systems in a corporate environment • English proficiency level B1 or higher • Experience with MS Active Directory • Experience with Group Policy management • Knowledge of Apple (macOS) and/or Linux systems • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalents) • Experience working with Jira/Confluence • Knowledge of active network equipment (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, or equivalents) • Scripting experience with PowerShell • Basic administration of Windows Server • Practical experience in structured cabling (SC) installation • Skills in IT asset accounting and inventory management
