📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and completeness of game information within internal systems • Add new games from partner feeds and manage updates to existing game entries • Communicate with game providers regarding new releases, technical updates, metadata changes, and required graphic assets • Upload, organise, and maintain game-related graphic materials in the CDN/asset repository • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely execution of release processes • Coordinate and maintain the end-to-end game release process • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely availability of game content across the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator platform

🎯 Requirements

• B2+ level of English • B2+ level of Russian • Previous experience in a customer support role • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Excel
