📋 Description
• Connect clients to the aggregator platform and coordinate integrations with game providers • Provide full support for client setup requests and technical onboarding activities • Work with technical and operational documentation to maintain accurate project records • Manage tasks, updates, and communication using Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab • Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve client issues and setup-related requests • Monitor setup progress and ensure timely completion of integration activities
🎯 Requirements
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher • Russian language skills at B1 level or higher • Experience in iGaming, technical support, or a similar operational role • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab
