• Drafting, legal review, and analysis of different kinds of agreements upon request • Provision of information/documents upon request • Maintaining and regularly updating legal information related to the projects • Updating personal and corporate documents for the companies and their UBOs on a quarterly basis • Maintaining and updating corporate structure charts and ownership structures of companies, including information on UBOs • Filling out and/or checking of various forms for the companies and their UBOs upon request • Organization of signature process for various forms and other documents upon request • Communication with service providers on a permanent basis • Assistance to colleagues from other departments on various legal issues
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) • Native or near-native Russian proficiency • German (B2+) is a strong advantage • 2+ years of legal experience, preferably supporting international corporate or commercial matters in an international company or law firm • Degree in Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
