📋 Description

• Own Total Rewards projects end-to-end, including job architecture, grading, and salary band design and roll-out across a multi-country group • Use Mercer/Comptryx benchmarks to support reward frameworks • Design and refine incentive and KPI frameworks, including bonus and motivation schemes • Handle concept development, cost modelling, approval, and launch of incentive schemes • Develop guidelines and manager-facing materials for reward policies • Run education sessions for HRBPs and Team Heads • Monitor consistent application of reward policies • Partner with HRBPs, Team Heads, and C-level stakeholders on pay decisions • Deliver reward metrics and market analytics • Advise on remuneration, benefits, and performance management frameworks • Ensure alignment with Group HR strategy and legal/regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency • Audit and streamline reward processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR project management • Proven experience in designing and delivering Total Rewards projects, including job architecture, grading, salary structures, and KPI systems • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Proficiency in Excel and relevant HR systems/tools • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and timelines • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working across all organizational levels • English – B2 or higher (spoken and written) • Russian – C1 or higher • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical reward solutions • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
